About this Property
A beautiful and spacious home located in an upscale community in the city of Roswell Georgia, a northern suburb of Atlanta. This home has beautiful and spacious rooms, with a sleeping capacity for up to 16 people. Amenities in the home include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, theater area, pool table, video games, air hockey, basketball, and a small putting green. The backyard has a beautiful deck and shaded area to enjoy a relaxing evening.
There are 8 bedrooms…The bedrooms are set up as the following: 4 bedrooms upstairs (1 King, 2 Queens, and a full-size bed); 1 bedroom on the main floor (1 Queen bed); 3 rooms in the basement (1 Queen, 1 Day bed with a pull out mattress on the bottom of it, 2 twin beds). There are 5 and 1/2 bathrooms. Of the 4 bedrooms upstairs….2 rooms have their own bathroom. The other two rooms share a bathroom. They both have their own sink/vanity area. It’s set up like a Jack and Jill.
The bedroom on the main floor has its own bathroom. The rooms in the basement share 1 bathroom.
The property has 3 cameras, one located in the front of the house which captures the front yard, one on both sides of the house, and one near the back door capturing the backyard. The cameras will be ON during reservations.
I’ll be available throughout your stay should you need anything.
The home is located in a quiet community with friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is great for walks. There are several scenic areas throughout the neighborhood including lakes, parks, etc.
Guest will be provided an access code that will be valid for check-in and will expire at checkout.

No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, marijuana) is permitted inside the property. Smoke can be absorbed into carpets, drapes, bedding, and furniture.-
If smoking occurs, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to restore the property to its original condition.

Security Cameras:
The property is equipped with three (3) security cameras:-
One in the front yard

If a party is reported and confirmed, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will apply.

Use of the grill is complimentary; however, guests are required to clean the grill before departure.-
A $50 cleaning fee will apply if the grill is left dirty.

This was the my first time renting a vacation home and the experience at the Summerwind Snowdrift home exceeded my family and I expectations. The owner, Jay, was awesome-easy to work with and answered all questions I had. The house was very clean and had every appliance and dish we needed. My son loved playing basketball outside and the walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes away which was amazing. I am looking forward to booking this house again and my hotel stay days are over! I would definitely recommend the Summerwind Snowdrift home to anyone.
Dream Beach House!
This house was amazing! 6 adults & 6 kids (all under 7). Got hit w/ storms from 2 hurricanes so weather was not the greatest but thankfully the HOUSE saved the vacation!Plenty of space, not cramped. Having covered outdoor living space made it very tolerable in the pouring rain. My husband & I thought it would be a nice gesture to take the "less accommodating" downstairs, but we were wrong! Downstairs is the BEST!! We stole a blender and can opener from upstairs and were all set. Never stepped foot inside upstairs just used the grill on the porch. We only used the tub downstairs to let the kids play with floaty toys when it was storming. Everybody used the outdoor shower since it has hot (bonus!)& cold water, that was my personal favorite!Summerwind is ideal for families with small children. It is well equipped while keeping it simple. I am usually forced to walk through the house with a bin collecting breakables before the vacation gets started, which means I have to factor in the time at check out to put it all back. pain in my neck, but has proven very expensive not to do so in the past. I did not have to do that this time! Yay for mama, not having to stress out about crystal mermaid statues and one of kind blown glass crabs!Jay is so easy to work with and put my mind at ease as far as getting settled in and being comfortable during our stay. I had some crazy questions about what to expect and everything about summerwind exceeded my expectation.The private, gated street was a plus. No drive thru traffic was so nice. The walk to the beach was shorter than the walk to my mailbox at home. This really worked since weather was not on our side the entire time. So in between rain bands we would run back and forth, the kids thought it was a game.In the past we have been guilty of vaction home envy once we actually get there. I feel like I start to compare all the surrounding houses, wishing I had chosen something different. Not this time. Could not have been more satisfied!!If you're on the fence to book, don't be!
